ARE WE THIRSTY??
John 4:7-34
7 There cometh a woman of Samaria to draw water: Jesus saith unto her, Give me to drink.
8 (For his disciples were gone away unto the city to buy meat.)
9 Then saith the woman of Samaria unto him, How is it that thou, being a Jew, askest drink of me, which am a woman of Samaria? for the Jews have no dealings with the Samaritans.
10 Jesus answered and said unto her, If thou knewest the gift of God, and who it is that saith to thee, Give me to drink; thou wouldest have asked of him, and he would have given thee living water.
11 The woman saith unto him, Sir, thou hast nothing to draw with, and the well is deep: from whence then hast thou that living water?

DO WE JUST LEARN WITH OUR MINDS THE WORDS AND NOT OBEY....
THEN OUR BUCKET IS NOT HOLDING WATER...
HOW DO WE DRAW FROM THIS WELL?
OUR THIRST FOR MORE OF JESUS... TO KNOW HIM BETTER... TO HAVE A RELATIONSHIP WITH HIM...
IS OUR BUCKET...
WHAT HAPPENS WHEN OUR BUCKET DON'T HOLD WATER?
WE JUST WANT TO KNOW OF HIM... NOT KNOW HIM PERSONALLY... THAT BUCKET DON'T HOLD WATER...
WHEN OUR BUCKET WILL HOLD WATER.... WHEN WE HAVE THAT RELATIONSHIP WITH HIM.... THEN THE LIVING WATER WILL FLOW FROM US...
WE WILL BE FULL TO OVERFLOWING...
John 7:37-39
37I n the last day, that great day of the feast, Jesus stood and cried, saying, If any man thirst, let him come unto me, and drink.
38 He that believeth on me, as the scripture hath said, out of his belly shall flow rivers of living water.
39 (But this spake he of the Spirit, which they that believe on him should receive: for the Holy Ghost was not yet given; because that Jesus was not yet glorified.)

when we know Jesus, and have that personal relationship... we will seek the Holy Ghost...
I think some of us have given up on recieving the Holy Ghost...
we need to keep seeking....
we, who have the Holy Ghost should encourage other to seek Him more....
HE IS THE SECOND BEST THING THAT EVER HAPPENED TO ME...
ONLY JESUS IS FIRST... BECAUSE WITHOUT JESUS... I'D NEVER HAVE K NOWN THE HOLY GHOST ANYWAY...
Jesus is the living water that we should drink from...
1 Cor 10:4
4And did all drink the same spiritual drink: for they drank of that spiritual Rock that followed them: and that Rock was Christ.

THIRSTY ENOUGH TO DRAW FROM THE WELL FOR OURSELVES??
LET US READ A LITTLE FURTHER IN JOHN CHAPTER 4...
12 Art thou greater than our father Jacob, which gave us the well, and drank thereof himself, and his children, and his cattle?
13 Jesus answered and said unto her, Whosoever drinketh of this water shall thirst again:
14 But whosoever drinketh of the water that I shall give him shall never thirst; but the water that I shall give him shall be in him a well of water springing up into everlasting life.
15 The woman saith unto him, Sir, give me this water, that I thirst not, neither come hither to draw.

NOW HOW DO WE DRAW FROM THE WELL?
WHERE IN OUR PRACTICAL WORLD IS THE WELL??
THE WORD OF GOD IS WHERE WE DRAW FROM...
AND WE DRAW BY STUDYING HIS WORD...
2 Tim 2:15
15Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.

THEN APPLYING IT TO OUR LIVES... THROUGH OBEDIENCE....
THEN WHILE WE ARE OBEDIENT TO HIS COMMANDMENTS
(LOVE THE LORD THY GOD WITH ALL THY HEART, MIND AND SOUL.... AND LOVE THY NEIGHBOR AS THYSELF.... then you will just automatically obey the rest)
THEN WHEN WE NEED HEALING....
Isa 53:5
5 But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed.

WHEN WE NEED TO SHARE SALVATION...
